Person Centred Tailored Counselling and Therapy
in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire & Online
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I want to give you a warm, confidential space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, express your emotions, and begin the process of change at your own pace.
I provide Counselling that will provide you with a supportive space to talk through your life’s challenges, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally stuck. It’s a place for you to be heard, seen, understood, and supported without judgement.
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I can help you make sense of what’s going on and you can begin to feel more like yourself again.

I'm Jenny, a qualified counsellor and BACP registered member. I offer Person-centred and integrative therapy, drawing from different therapeutic approaches including CBT, Creative Therapy and trauma-informed practice to best meet your individual needs.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I work with and support adults, teenagers and young people, offering both time-limited and open-ended counselling support. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to support you.

I offer individual counselling for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Using person-centred and integrative approaches, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences and work toward positive change at your own pace.

I work with young people aged 16 and over, supporting them through anxiety, low self-esteem, identity struggles, family conflicts, and the pressures of modern life. Using a combination of CBT and Person centred therapy.
I support my client through a wide range of challenges, including:
I have special area experience working with chronic illness and pain, particularly supporting individuals and families affected by Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's and the impact of strokes. Living with a serious health condition brings its own unique challenges that extend far beyond the physical symptoms.
Heal
I provide a nurturing, judgment-free environment where you can feel safe to explore painful or confusing experiences and begin to process them at your own pace. I meet every client with empathy, warmth, compassion, and deep respect for their individual journey.
Grow
Through talking, insight, and confidentiality, we work together to uncover patterns, shift perspectives, and build tools for real, lasting change. Your trust is sacred, and your privacy is always respected.
Change
Counselling isn't just about solving problems. It's also about helping you grow into a stronger, more confident version of yourself. I believe in your capacity for growth, even when things feel hard or unclear.
You don't need to have all the answers to start counselling, you just need the willingness to take the first step. If you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen.
I offer a brief initial consultation over the phone where we can discuss what brings you to counselling and whether we might be a good fit to work together. There's no pressure, just an opportunity to see if I can support you.
In-person sessions in Aylesbury, online, or by phone – whatever feels right for you.
My private practice is located in Aylesbury, offering a comfortable, discreet space with free parking and disabled access. I'm centrally positioned to serve clients from across the local area.
I regularly work with clients from Aylesbury, Buckingham, Thame, Wendover, Princes Risborough, Amersham, Chesham, and Leighton Buzzard.
I also offer online sessions, which means geography doesn't have to be a barrier to getting the support you need.
Free parking is available on-site with disabled spaces, and the building has full disabled access.
Payment can be made by bank transfer before your session or in cash on the day. I'll provide my banking details when we arrange your first appointment.
I ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the session time to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate unless in exceptional circumstances.

Thank you for reaching out. Taking the first step to seek support can feel difficult, and I'm here to help make the process as easy as possible for you.
